The short answer, because it is the thing people actually want to know: yes, we bake eggless, and any cake on our menu can be made eggless. It is not a separate short list of two or three options. If you can see it on the site, we can bake it without eggs - you only need to tell us when you order.
Why this matters more than it sounds
Most people ordering an eggless cake are not doing it casually. It is a household that does not eat egg, a festival or fasting period, a grandparent who will not touch it, or one child at a party whose parents have asked. In every one of those cases the cake either works for everyone or it does not work at all - and being told "only chocolate is available eggless" after you have decided on something else is genuinely annoying.
So: pick the cake you actually want. Black Forest at ₹299, Red Velvet at ₹499, the Choco Truffle at ₹599, a photo cake for a first birthday - all of it can be baked eggless.
Does an eggless cake taste different?
Honestly? A good eggless sponge and a good regular sponge are close enough that most people at a party will not identify which they are eating. The texture is very slightly denser and a touch more moist. Several customers prefer it for exactly that reason.
What matters far more than eggs or no eggs is whether the cake was baked that week or has been sitting in a display fridge. We bake to order in small batches either way, which is the thing you are actually tasting.
Custom, themed and tiered cakes too
Eggless is not limited to the plain flavours. Custom cakes, themed designs and tier cakes for weddings and anniversaries can all be baked eggless. If you are planning a wedding where part of the family does not eat egg, an eggless tier cake solves the whole problem at once rather than forcing a second cake.
How to order
Say "eggless" when you place the order - on WhatsApp, on the phone, however you reach us. That is the whole process. Tell us at the point of ordering rather than afterwards, because once a cake is baked it cannot be changed.
If you are ordering for a group where only some people need eggless, tell us that too. Sometimes the right answer is one eggless cake for everybody; sometimes it is a smaller eggless cake alongside the main one, or a brownie slab to go round. We will talk it through rather than guess.
