Ordering a Cake for Family in Tenkasi While You Are Away
A practical checklist for ordering from another city: confirm the local address, recipient, design, payment details and cake handover with our Ilanji bakery.
Agree the destination with someone local
Before choosing delivery arrangements, ask the recipient or a trusted local contact to confirm the address and map pin. Include the village or locality as well as the larger town name. If the home is usually described using a landmark, include the entrance details too. We check the road route from our bakery in Ilanji; a Tenkasi-district address is not automatically within the delivery boundary.
Choose the cake without losing the order details
Browse the current menu and send the cake name, preferred weight, event date and cake-cutting time. Copy the exact cake message and spelling into the chat. For a photo cake, send the original image after checking the design with us. A photograph sent as inspiration does not confirm that every decoration is feasible or included in the selected price.
Plan a surprise with a handover contact
If you want to keep the celebration a surprise, arrange a person who can answer the phone and receive the cake. Check that they know when it will be served and where it can be kept beforehand. Do not assume a hotel, hall or reception desk will accept an order without the recipient’s arrangements. Share contact information privately in the WhatsApp conversation, rather than in public reviews or social comments.
Confirm payment and order acceptance in the chat
We accept Google Pay and online payments. Ask us to confirm the cake, available design, address, timing and final amount, including delivery and agreed customization. Follow the payment instructions we provide and check your order confirmation in the conversation. A website enquiry or payment screenshot alone should not be treated as an automatic delivery booking.
If the address or event time changes
Tell us as soon as you know about a change and ask what arrangements are still possible. We need to check the actual request; this guide does not promise an automatic change, cancellation or refund. Check the relevant order terms with us before relying on a revised plan.
Delivery boundary and ordering
Delivery is checked for eligible addresses within 20 km by road from our bakery in Ilanji. Send your exact address or map pin, event date and cake-cutting time before confirming. We accept Google Pay and online payments; confirm the final amount and payment instructions with us on WhatsApp.
